And the rest is history!

Thought I would start with telling you a little about my family in case we've never met or we have just been out of touch for a while. Hmmm...where to start. I am married to my college sweetheart...Baby J. He got that name for being the younger twin. We have three beautiful children. Peanut is now 12 years old. He was born 7 weeks early weighing 3lbs 6oz. He is now as big as me and you would never know he was a preemie! Our second, Little Bit is now 3 1/2. She was born 4 weeks early weighing 4lbs 13oz. She is finally starting to grow!!! She failed her newborn hearing screening at birth. At 5 days old the test was repeated....failed again! At two weeks old, another repeat test with repeat results. We took her to Children's Hospital to have the test done again! It was then she was diagnosed with unilateral hearing. She is deaf in her left ear but has good hearing in her right. More on that later. And our youngest, Baby girl will be 2 in a couple of weeks. She was actually delivered VBAC 6 hours before our scheduled C-section. She entered the world at 6lbs 5oz. In case you are wondering, all of our children got their nicknames in the hospital by their nurses. I work as a Finance Manager at a car dealership. Baby J works for a company that manufactures engine components. I think that is a good start!!
